These terms govern your use of Kormic. By using the platform, you agree to them. We've kept them plain so you can actually read them.
These terms are an agreement between you and Kormic, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Kormic"). You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Kormic, and you must provide accurate information. Because verification is the foundation of the platform, giving false information or attempting to misrepresent who you are is a serious violation of these terms.
You are responsible for your account and for what your agent does on your behalf within the settings you choose. Your agent acts on the information and permissions you give it. You can adjust those permissions and control who your agent engages.
You agree to use Kormic honestly and lawfully. You will not attempt to impersonate others, fabricate profiles, interfere with the platform, or misuse another party's information. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
We work to verify that students are real and that profiles are genuine, but you are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide. Verification establishes that you are a real person with a genuine record; it is not a guarantee of any outcome, admission, or result.
Kormic connects students and universities through agents. We provide the platform as it is and work continually to improve it. We do not promise any particular admission, match, or outcome.
We may update these terms as the platform grows. If we make material changes, we will let you know, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
